this policy applies to the that dream waitlist only and not to the application itself. a separate privacy policy will be published when the application launches.
1. who we are
that dream is an independent app project operated by its creator. if you have questions about this policy, contact contentbyaiden@gmail.com.
2. what information we collect
when you join the that dream waitlist, we collect only your email address. we do not collect your name, location, device information, or any other personal data at this stage.
3. how we use your email address
we use your email address only to:
- notify you when that dream is available to access.
- send occasional development updates and associated content on instagram and youtube under the that dream brand.
we will not use your email address for another purpose without asking for your explicit consent first.
4. how we store your email address
your email address is stored using firebase, a platform provided by google llc. firebase stores data on servers that may be located in the united states or other countries. google applies industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest.
we do not sell, share, or transfer your email address to a third party for its own marketing.
5. how long we keep it
we retain your email address until:
- the application launches and you receive the launch notification.
- you ask us to delete your email address.
- we decide not to proceed with the application.
after launch, continued communication will be governed by the full application privacy policy published at that time.
6. your rights
you may ask whether we hold your email address, request its deletion, or withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time. email contentbyaiden@gmail.com to exercise these rights. we will respond within 30 days.
7. legal basis for processing (gdpr)
if you are in the european economic area, we process your email address using the consent you give when joining the waitlist. you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
8. children
we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. if you believe a child under 13 submitted an email address, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
